Hotel description

Situated just 30 metres from the beach and approximately 1 km from the centre of Riva del Garda, the hotel presents itself as the ideal base for a relaxing Mediterranean break. During your stay you can use the garden and the swimming-pool at Hotel Mirage (200 metres) and relax on the public beach. For a more active stay, the hotel has a wind-surf and mountain-bike depot as well as boats (deposit required) and table tennis.

Guests can use the garden and the swimming-pool at Hotel Mirage (200 m) and relax on the public beach (50 m). There is a car park on site - one space per apartment). We have a wind-surf and mountain-bike depot as well as boats (deposit required) and table tennis.

Comments

The rate includes: towels and bed linen (1 change per week) final cleaning of the apartment Rubbish-removal and dish-washing has to be done by the guests (penalty EUR 100 ). Tablecloths are not provided. Additional costs: Daily maid-service, token-operated washing machine and bike rental are not included in the price.

Food & Beverage

The Guests of Residence Spiaggia can use the swimming pool, the restaurant and the bar of the Mirage Hotel (200 Mt). The restaurant, with lake view, proposes tasty regional and international kitchen specialities, and the “glass” bar, with the open-air Terrazza, is the ideal place to relax and have a chat, and at lunch time taste appetizing snacks or refreshing dishes.

This hotel has no meal services.

Booking Terms

A fixed amount of EUR 100.00 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
